If you have all the traits and ingredients which make a person great, but lack confidence, you would become living example of mediocrity.

Confidence is that inner energy which braces you up to face situations, people and problems, which could be cause of great concern or impediment to your goals.

Weaken body's immune system, Lifestyle-diseases and lack of concentration and enthusiasm are all by products of today’s working environment and adopted lifestyles. Unfortunately no segment of society is free from it.  People from six to sixty and all walks of life are affected by some or the other stress related problem or ailment. Only way to happiness and prosperity is health and peace of mind not the money and worldly power.

No single training-programme can provide holistic solution to the present day's Lifestyle & Work-environment's problems.

We, at "Suraj-Nisha Adventure Foundation", have developed a bouquet of tried and tested modules under the caption 'Enter the World with Confidence' to put the body, mind and spirit into harmony. 

This 'Package' is a pursuit to promote Holistic Health, Physical Fitness, Spiritual Sciences, Ashtaanga Yoga, Adventure Sports, Martial Arts, Self-Defence, Crisis Management and develop a multifaceted, peaceful and holistic personality in all age-groups.

Enter the World with Confidence” programme is designed to suit the wide-ranging participants; from students to academicians, managers to top executives, subordinates to top government officials, prison inmates to law and order maintaining people, trauma survivors to medical professionals, workers to engineers, sports persons to coaches and children to senior citizens.

I’m sure you will undergo a unique experience through this 'Package' and will instill a greater sense of confidence, self esteem, peace and spirituality in you. You will get all power to face catastrophe in life and will have all fresh and positive approach in your outlook and attitude.

Module 1 - Brahma Yoga

This Module "Brahma Yoga" shall contain Essence of Ancient-wisdom, Vedic-knowledge, traditions and rituals passed down the ages by our wise sages yogis and maharishis to people all over the world, and made them receptive to the spiritual advantage of all human beings. Our ancient Vedic-knowledge and system, which had been lost and forgotten for centuries, is being revived by "Swami Shivananda".

Welcome to "Brahma Yoga" and experience a rush of positivity, peace and spirituality. This module would dwell upon:

  • Enhance Physical & Organic Powers and Vital Capacity
  • Retard Ageing Process and Enhance Longevity
  • Stress Management, both at Work-Places and Domestic
  • Mantra Meditation for Peace, Positivity & Better Life
  • Synergize Corporate Culture with Spiritual Attainment

Module 2 - Yogathletix

After decades of research, we have been able to form a new version of Yoga, i.e "Yogathletix" - a synthesized form of Ashtaanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga with traditional as well as non-traditional sports exercises, aerobics, rhythmic movements of Oriental Martial Arts, Mantra Meditation and “Kamal Kriya”, designed to boost physiological, intellectual and sports performance as well as spiritual development and health benefits. 

"Yogathletix" would give a new impetus to performance levels and emotional stability to sports persons, physical enthusiasts and fresh hopeful and upstarts.

We have programmed to synthesize:

Module 3 - Adventure Training & Team Building Games

This Module is designed to awaken the natural desire to explore and seek new summits of physical and mental excellence and inculcate love for “Adventure”. It would bring you closest to your 'Origin' i.e. 'Mother Nature'.  These Sessions would assist in:

  • Learn the Art and Techniques of Camping, Rock Climbing, Rappelling, River Crossing, Flying Fox/Zip Line, Obstacle Negotiating, Jummaring, Rope Climbing, Sky Walking, Improvised Shelter-Making, Survival Techniques, Field Cooking, Navigation by Stars, Night Hiking, Trekking, Treasure Hunting, Parasailing, Knot Practice, etc.

Module 4 - Emergency Response Training & Crisis Management

None of us is expected to be specialist in managing and responding to “Emergency-situations”, but we are certainly expected to be aware and carry out 'First-aid' responses to various situations.

What we are aiming at is general response, common sense, attitude and confidence in face of adverse situations.  Depending upon the target areas, following “Emergency-situations” can arise and would merit immediate responses:

  • Response to Bomb Threats
  • Response to Fire at Work-Place and Homes
  • Response to Earthquakes and Floods
  • Evacuation of Accident Victims
  • Medical First-Aid and CPR
  • Personal Security & Residential Security
  • Safety and Security while Travelling

 Module 5 - Essence of Martial Arts & Youth

Contrary to the belief that "Martial Arts" are forms of physical combat, we would emphasize on the word 'Arts. "Martial Arts" are 'The Art of Self-Defence', 'The Art of Mediation' and the 'The Art of Living'. 

"Martial Arts" give courage, confidence, rhythm, motion, balance, concentration, endurance, power, reflexes, grace and serenity. In its users, especially present day youth, it would produce:

This module is for the people who believe in the “Vedic-Sciences”, “Ashtaanga Yoga”, “Mantra Meditation”, “Tantric-principles” and “Vedic Astrology”.

Aim of “Swami Shivananda Spiritual Retreat” is to bring about complete awareness through our sacred sessions, thereby to eradicate various misunderstandings and misconceptions about much hyped “Tantra-Mantra-Yantra” and to introduce correct reception to the knowledge of “Vedic-Sciences” and its benefit.
